But neither using nor selling the Amega Wand is a crime of any kind, let alone a federal one. You would fare far better to go “expose fraud” somewhere else. Because there is none here.

All very strange this is my research about these wands…all claim to be real others fake~Amega Wand, Nano Energy ZPE Wand – Are any of them real?
There is no known physics to support passive negative ion production that any of the bracelet/pendant/necklace sellers claim, unless the materials they use are radioactive.
The only way to generate negative ions at home is to use an electric (battery or mains) generator (or have a shower or waterfall in your room). Negative ions do help you physically and mentally but the people who peddle these bracelets are charlatans.
