that is the *last* certification date! there hasn’t been a certification for the MMLP since that date! and as far as the 19 million copies goes, that’s worldwide, and in order to get a US Diamond certification, you have to sell 10 million *inside* the US (and that 19 million is assuming ur using Wikipedia which again, is not always the most legit website). check RIAA, not Wikipedia smart one.
